l         The base of the cutter is the solid house with a high degree of rigidity which ensures a vibration-free operation.

l         All external surfaces are made of high-quality stainless steel. Smooth and glossy surfaces facilitate efficient and hygienic cleaning.

l         ZZB-200I has three shaft speeds 200/1800/3600rpm. ZZB-200II has a Frequency Converter Speed Regulating Device, the shaft speed can be chosen from 300rpm to 4200rpm according to customers' requirements, and it ensures smooth operation and less energy consumption.

l         PLC-control is operated via a touch screen. This operation system provides maximum convenience and efficiency. Shaft speed, bowl speed and unloading disc speed display on the screen clearly. The program monitors production according to the required final temperature, the number of bowl revolutions or the preset cutting time and thus it relieves operating personnel of monitoring functions.

l         Interlocking mechanism ensures that the machine only starts up in a safe condition.
